Payment
Your payment is made using a debit card, credit card or PayPal account via the PayPal secured website.
Delivery
We currently use Royal Mail standard postal or parcel services to any Uk mainland or N.Ireland address. We charge one standard rate of £3.50 per order (regardless of number of items purchased.) Your items will be dispatched within 2 working days, please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
Returns Policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase, however should you wish to return a product you may do so within 7 days. The cost of postage will be your responsibility and we recommend you obtain proof of postage. Any refund will be paid after we have received the returned goods in their original condition. Please contact us prior to returning any purchases.
Damaged goods
In the event that your purchase should arrive damaged please contact us via email or telephone as soon as possible. We will arrange for return of damaged goods and replacement items within 14 days.
